We enjoyed a fantastic five day stay at The Royal Cancun. Everything at this resort was truly 5 star. Our concierge Alberto was excellent and helped us with our every want and need. The room was beautiful and the housekeeping was immaculant. The service at poolside and at the lounge bar was outstanding,we must mention Eloisa,Guadalupe and Jessica they were very attentive, pleasant and made our stay memorable. The restaurants were outstanding, you should try all of them. The food was excellent and of high quality. The service could not be beat anywhere, any request would not be denied and was met with a smile. We highly recommend The Royal Cancun and we plan on making another stay there as soon as possible.

Great!!! The description on the web site as nice as it is does not do this resort justice. My husband and I have stayed at many other 5 Star resorts on the Mayan Riveria but this resort met all of our expectations and then some. We went on a 5 day stay which for us is a short stay but I can say that we will be back again. The pool is wonderful, the service unbelievable and fast. Room service with the lazy butler built in was great. The walk in shower with the 3 different shower heads, two vanity areas and sinks, password entry safe. The resort is class in and of itself. Someone spritzes you by the pool & cleans your sunglasses. So many things that we have been exposed to before but never for the bargin price of this resort. The beach was beautiful and actually not windy at all. You could play in the water if you chose to as the waves were small. We upgraded to an Ocean Front Room which put us up on the 6th floor with a very beautiful view but all rooms have a view of the beautiful water. The beds are very comfortable. The Asian restaurant was a real treat,great atmosphere and service. We ate breakfast & lunch at Spice which is buffet style but the cooks are on stand-by to prepare what you wish as well. We just loved the Coffee House off of the main lobby, the coffee & pastries were delicious. No doubt, we will return to THE ROYAL CANCUN as long as it remains as wonderful as it is now.

It is wonderful!!! We just loved everything, the rooms are so nice that you don't want to get out but then the restaurants are so good and the pool that you want to stay there the complete time!!! so that is the dilema, you want to enojoy everything at the same time...price?? reasonable for what the luxury and service you have..don't miss it!!! |

I would just like to say that this was our 2nd visit to The Royal and we are planning our 3rd..I must say that we have been to Cancun 7-8 times and this resort is by far the finest. All the staff is so eager to please and the food is excellent.Although the prices are a little steep if you can get a rate when they drop a little, you will not be sorry!!!! |

It was so wonderful to meet you! John and I can't thank you enough for the wonderful hospitality you and your staff gave us. When we got home we still had a few days off together so we were able to do fun things. When we were out we would talk just loud enough for people to overhear about our trip. Every time someone would ask us where we went we would tell them about The Royal and the service we received and then watch their mouths drop open! At that point we would give them the website address. I hope it helps. Also, I will write a review on your website and on TripAdvisor.com. Perfect.
Ms. Roberts, we truly have never been to a resort that treated us so special. Last year we got married at Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica. Not to take away from our wedding, but The Royal blows them right out of the water!!! Staying at The Royal was an unforgettable experiance that we hope to have many times over. I don't know if you know this but when I did the online check-in, I picked one of the only two rooms in the entire resort that had a brick wall on the balcony. Needless to say, I wanted to move. Sharbel was so gracious and took such good care of us. Please thank her again for us. We also want to let you know we enjoyed cute, little Jessica at the pool bar, Baak at the lobby bar and Francisco at Spice. What an asset they are to your establishment!
We have been home for four days now and I check the webcam daily wishing we were still there and probably will do so until we can return. May God give you special blessings and please know that you and The Royal staff will always have a special place in our hearts.
